Hosting an Event
For corporate gatherings or group events, selecting the perfect venue involves numerous considerations. Cave Lakes checks all the boxes—ample space, accessibility, diverse ambiance, and modern amenities, including high-speed internet and top-notch audio-visual equipment. Our catering options are tailored to suit every palate, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for you and your guests.

We have several unique spaces for ceremonies and events throughout the property and are here to help you choose the best option for your vision and party size.
Private Caves
We offer two private caves in the canyon to hold intimate pre-ceremony dinners from our private caterers if you so choose. Some couples even choose to set up private couples massages in the space beforehand.
Dellenbaugh Cave: Our largest cave is perfect for groups of 30-50 people.
Weeping Cave: An intimate cave with waterfall sounds that can be set up as an intimate dinner or give your guests a truly one-of-a-kind experience with a cold plunge for 15-20 people.
Cave Commons
Our Cave Commons area features a large grassy area, concrete walkways, and two covered pavilions all focused around our main hoodoo cave. This area overlooks the pond and is hooked up to full power and water utilities. The Cave Commons can host up to 300 guests with tables and chairs.
If you choose to book the Cave Commons venue your experience will include the entire Cave Commons area for your event plus an onsite staff member, grounds prep, minimal clean-up, and minimal coordination prior to the event.
Your hired vendors will assist in taking care of catering setup, transportation, and decor. All tables, chairs, and linens for rent are supplied through a local vendor. We also ask that groups take care of their own clean-up after the event, though this can be arranged for a fee.
Onsite Accommodations
Leading up to and post your day of celebration, rest and recharge in our onsite accommodations.
We have 8 incredible and unique units. They all vary in sleeping arrangements but all together can sleep up to 26 people. If you book an event, renting the accommodations is not required. If booking a wedding, all accommodations are required to be rented.

Expansive Grassy Area: Imagine hosting your event on flawlessly manicured lawn—an oasis amidst the rugged red rock landscape. This green space invites endless possibilities for outdoor activities or the exchanging of vows.
Covered Pavilions: At Cave Commons, you'll find two covered pavilions that offer practical protection from the elements. While these pavilions are suitable, we recommend considering the rental of large tents to ensure ample space for accommodating a larger party.
Fire Pits: Gather around our fire pits under the desert sky, its crackling warmth inviting intimate conversations and cozy moments beneath the stars.
On-site Accommodations: Our on-site accommodations can sleep up to 26 guests, ensuring a unique and snug lodging experience. Additionally, accommodations can be recommended at your request.
Private Canyon: Your exclusive celebration unfolds in a private canyon—a breathtaking setting that not only captivates but ensures your photographs are iconic.
Electricity: Power is thoughtfully accessible at the Cave Commons. However, for audio and visual needs, vendors are responsible for their necessary equipment.
Essential Rentals: While we don’t provide on-site rentals, we are happy to recommend our preferred vendors who can accommodate your needs such as tables, chairs, linens, and more.
Full Canyon Reservations: Our venue exclusively closes its doors for your wedding party, allowing ample time for preparation, celebration, and unwinding, ensuring your moments are savored at your pace.
Venue Accessibility
The Canyon’s on-site parking is minimal. While the space can hold up to 300 people with tables and chairs, there is not enough parking for everyone to arrive on their own. We have a lower lot that can hold up to 50 cars but after that, we require that groups shuttle in from town. Our team is here to help arrange shuttle services and those staying on the property can simply walk to the event.
